Shipping Policy
DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
- Nanowell.tv (NanowellStore.com, NanowellShop.com) will ship your order by UPS (available only in the contiguous 48 states) and USPS (AK & HI). For faster delivery, you can have your order shipped UPS 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air for an additional charge. Orders placed after 4:00 pm (PST) do not process until next business day. All orders received over the weekend (Friday after 4:00 pm - Sunday) will not be processed until Monday a.m., then will be shipped within 24 hrs.).
- Free Shipping: Shipping charge is free on all orders $100 and over (UPS Ground, Contiguous 48 US States Only).

For large items, we will contact you by phone or email with actual freight information to confirm total purchase amount. (Our customer service is available for freight estimate M-F 8:30 to 5:30 PST.)
- Merchandise will be accepted for return in "brand-new" condition with original packaging only.
- You will receive order confirmation and update information by email.
